Mother to Boys.

We had been trying to get Vincent to clap for a good two months , he wouldnt do it. If you take your hands and clap and then stop, he would pick your hands back up and clap them for you, but he refused to do it on his own and today... he did it for the first time. Now he is a clapping machine. He can also... as of Saturday stand all on his own, he hasn't tried to take a step yet, but will stand there for a while, smiling.

























Tomorrow is his first birthday. I am sooo freaking excited, but so sad at the same time. He is growing up so fast. he is no longer a baby, he is a toddler. I have been sewing for the past 2 hours to make him a birthday outfit to wear, usually i would be done with this simple pattern in about 30 minutes, but i wanted this one to be perfect. I am very proud, and i will say i did a good job.








here are the pictures of my birthday boy (note that he is clapping in the pictures). i made the pants out of fabric with birthday candle print, and i sewed the number one on the shirt to create a set. I love it, and plan on taking him tomorrow to get pictures done.










He is perfect, perfect and one years old.
