♥i feel the need

I like to read blogs that other mommies write. I really like Girls Gone Child and Straight From The Bottle both by Rebecca Woolf. Recently she wrote a blog expressing her love for her Station Wagon. It made me feel bad for my car... i mean, Ive only had it for two weeks and i haven't expressed any love for it in my own personal blog. It must feel so... unloved. So here goes, I recently got a new manual 2008 Scion XB. Its not as boxy as the older XBs and its a little bigger, with a bigger engine to go with it. It has the feel of a huge SUV when you are sitting inside it, but its really not that big on the outside. It has all these compartments to stash diapers, wipes, toys, strollers, wagons and anything else you can think of. Its great on gas.... plus its really cool. here it is and see for your self.

I love it...

alot.

New news. Vincent so walks now. its awesome. He looks like ET waddling around. He points at everything and says "whats this" which in all reality really sounds like "this?, this? ". He has grown a great interest in other children and if there are any around he stares at them and watches everything they are doing.

He LOVES Elmo. If i put a Elmo's World DVD in, he will gladly sit and watch the whole entire show with out making one little peep, i randomly have to check on him to make sure hes even still here. Which is great for me... not only is it educational, but i can actually cook dinner or better yet, i can actually go to the bathroom with out Vincent yelling "momma, mum, mum, mum" the whole time. The only thing i don't like about Elmo's World is that damn Mr. Noodle. I really hate him. Hes very awkward, and i think they could have found another person that doesn't look so much like a creepy child molester to play the part. Ill try to get over the creepiness of the Mr. Noodle. Only because Elmo makes everyone happy.

i haven't posted in awhile because i have been very busy with my midget.

Vincent is now 13 months old. It doesn't feel like hes that old. We have been trying our hardest to get him to walk, and now he will walk across the room all by himself. In fact, the past two days he has been walking more than ever, i dont think its going to be long before he will be walking full time.

we took him to go see fire works for the fourth of July, i wasn't too sure what to expect, i didn't know of the loud noises would scare him, or if he would be fascinated by the lights and show. at first he didn't know what to think and kinda clung to joey and i, taking turns from daddy holding him to me holding him and back and forth, all the time we were telling him 'its OK' and pointing at the sky and saying 'look at the fire works, arnt they pretty'. By the time the show was half way through, he got the hang of it and just watched while copying us and pointing.

I also gave him another haircut about a week ago, i gave him a little buzz cut, its really cute. -no more Mohawk for now, but we will grow it back we just wanted to get the baby hair off.
