♥Zoo Time

 We went to the zoo today with Kristal, Alex and Aaron. They have this really cool water park thingy for the little kids, so we dressed our boys up in their finest swim diapers and let em go. Vincent really had alot of fun, It was nice. Alex was a little scared of the water that sprayed up and splashed, so he hung out by the sting ray, but Vincent was all over the place. I think the boys really like each other, they have been hanging out alot lately, i like it. I like Vincent playing with other babies close to his age, I think its good for him, good social skills.  I took alot of pictures, and Aaron video taped the boys playing in the water. Later when we stopped to eat Kristal and i watched the video, there we were Kristal and I with our two babies. Its so weird. We have been friends since eighth grade, never in a million years did i assume that only eight years later we would be chasing our sons around the zoo. Its funny the way things work out. We are so different now eight years later, but at the same time we are the same best friends that were were then, only with two little munchkins. Hopefully one day Alex and Vincent will be chasing their two munchkins around together.  Labels: bestfriends, zoo

♥Zoos and Wagons

Vincent and i went the Zoo over the weekend with my best friend Kristal and her son (Vincents best friend) Alex. The Easter Bunny had brought Alex a wagon and Vincent got to try it out. They were so cute together... riding in the wagon all day. Vincent loves the giraffes, they are just about the only animal that he actually noticed and watched for a while.   He looks like sucha big boy.
You would never believe that my little soldier isn't dragging himself anymore. Today he was crawling on all fours. YAY! Nothing else new. Vincent is still working on saying bye bye, or actually waving. Working on saying Mama... still says Dada. He points at stuff now. Gives kisses. Babbles. And of course looks cute! Labels: zoo

So for my first blog, let me introduce myself... My name is Samantha, i am 23 years old. I have 7 month old son named Vincent. He was born May 30th 2006... 7 weeks early to all of our surprise. He is wonderful, it is amazing, the amount of love i have for him. He is my everything.  Yesterday we went to the zoo. Im not sure Vincent enjoyed the animals so much, he didnt seem to even notice them. He did though enjoy riding in his new stroller which was bought the night before. In the morning, before loading it into the car I showed it to him and said "look at your new badass stroller, you are going to be the coolest baby at the zoo". He just looked at me and smiled with his two bottom teeth poking out. Amazingly he didnt fuss at all during the whole outing. I like to think he had fun!
